REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a Leading Hand / Senior Operator in precast, concrete, manufacturing, or construction (2–3+ years).
  • Ability to read drawings and follow specifications with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear communication, solid organisation and time-management skills.
  • A practical safety mindset and confidence coaching others on safe systems of work.
  • Nice to have: Certificate III in Process Manufacturing (or similar), Lean/CI exposure, forklift ticket, overhead crane/rigging basics. Forklift ticket and gantry crane experience is beneficial

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

  • Lead and mentor a small crew to hit production KPIs while maintaining a safety-first culture.
  • Plan, organise, and allocate tasks across mould prep, pours, finishing, curing, and fit-off.
  • Read and interpret drawings/specs; ensure products meet design, quality, and client requirements. Limited requirement to read plans.
  • Work closely with planners to sequence work, remove bottlenecks, and achieve on-time delivery.
  • Monitor QC checkpoints; complete checks and rectify defects early.
  • Champion housekeeping and continuous improvement (Lean mindset desirable).

We are looking to add a new member to our Installation team, installing irrigation for Land Application Areas.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current Plumbing / Drainage QBCC licence or willing to obtain
  • Wastewater Treatment System Service endorsement will be an advantage
  • Valid Drivers licence
  • Experience operating machinery: Trenching machines
  • Excavator operators ticket an advantage but not essential
  • Commitment to providing quality work
  • Reliability, honest, self-motivation

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

  • Arranging the weekly schedule of installations
  • Reviewing approved plans and wastewater reports
  • Installing Spray Irrigation systems in the Land Application Area, in accordance with the designs and regulations.
  • Working closely with Sales / Project Managers and communicating with their customers.
  • Communication with Plumbing Inspectors
  • Commissioning Wastewater Treatment Plants

REQUIREMENTS

Roto-Moulding, extrusion or FMCG experience is desirable however applicants with other, current or past, experience in the plastic manufacturing industry or those who possess a strong process related background are encouraged to apply.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

This is a pivotal role in the business, which will see you responsible for operating the roto-mould equipment and new extruder on either the morning or afternoon shift from Monday to Thursday or the dayshift from Monday to Friday.

We currently have multiple positions available for experienced Concrete Production Staff and General Workers.

The roles available provide the opportunity to join a successful and dedicated Production Team.  You will be manufacturing Concrete Treatment Systems, Rainwater Tanks and componentry to fit off inside the tanks, which are essential items for living on acreage or remote domestic housing.

Your role will commence as a full-time employee with a standard probationary period to assess your long-term placement. There will also be regular overtime on offer which is required as the Production Schedule dictates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be reliable and have your driver’s license and own transport (Essential).
  • Experience in Concrete precast Mould production (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience in assembling Reinforcement Bars and Mesh (desirable but not essential).
  • Forklift License (desirable but not essential).
  • Overhead Gantry Crane experience (desirable but not essential).

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

  • A positive attitude and willing to contribute to the team.
  • Be able to work in an outdoor precast Concrete Yard.
  • Be able to follow instructions and production processes.
  • Be able to meet 5am start time.
  • Be prepared to work some overtime on Saturday morning when required.
