I have found Clearwater Services (Taylex Australia) to be a company of honesty and integrity over the four (4) years I have been a customer. Recently I had an issue with equipment and not only was service support instantly provided (a phone call back to assist within minutes) but additionally when a part appeared to require replacement under warranty there was zero quibble instead a direct email stating that the part would be replaced free of charge under warranty at the next service.
