1) Home Page
The Home Page gives users a quick snapshot of everything they need as soon as they log in.
It shows recent activity, notifications, and simple tiles that link to all key features- Properties & Systems, quotes, reports, messages, faults and reminders.
Customer service details are also displayed for easy access.
Overall, it’s the main dashboard that helps customers quickly navigate and manage their treatment system.
2) Properties & Systems
The screen is split between properties and systems. Customers may have multiple properties or multiple system one the one property.
User can drill down into each property to:
- Edit access notes & gate codes
- Edit onsite contacts
User can drill down into each system to:
- View quotes & invoices
- View service & repair reports
3) Quotes & Payments
- View quotes & make online payment
- View outstanding & paid invoices
- View contract renewals with renewal options:
- Auto renewal (defaults)
- 12 months or 24 months term
4) My Reports
This screen shows all service reports and repair reports (all systems)
5) Report a Fault
- Homeowner can report a fault and pay for the call out fee
- Homeowner can view submitted faults
6) My Messages
- View Email Trail
- View SMS Trail
Only shows messages from the past 120 days and emails/SMS generated through the system (including responses)
7) My Reminders
- All reminders listed including upcoming services & contract renewals
- User can click for more details
