Requirements

Certificate III Business administration

3+ years’ experience as a Customer Service Officer or similar

Previous experience in the manufacturing industry or Wastewater Management would be ideal

Intermediate to advanced administration skills and computer literacy

Demonstrated experience in customer service

Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking and prioritising

Proven written and communication skills

• Support the service technicians daily

End-to-end contract management.  Email and SMS customer and technical support.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including builders, councils, service technicians and others, as required.

• Conduct bank reconciliations, debtors, renewals and new servicing contracts

• Quote and Manage the finance payments attached to contracts of sale, servicing and products

• Deliver customer service to our internal and external stakeholders and customers

• Administration and service delivery tasks involved with scheduling

• Work as part of a team to coordinate service technicians’ schedules to deliver product and service

• Manage phones, emails, and scheduling.

• Maintain and update the database to reflect job status.

• Working to deadlines, whether that be yourself or the team.

• Database reporting

• Excellent listening skills

• Friendly, outgoing personality

• Managing incoming and outgoing calls

• Utilise MS Office proficiently to achieve work outcomes

• HubSpot and XO experience desirable
